Infrastructure, power and coordination

Facilities are located directly at hydropower sites, using generation on site behind the meter. The specific location and available capacity are confirmed for each enquiry.

Two deployment models

Use ready infrastructure without construction CAPEX, or commission a dedicated project with infrastructure investment.

Equipment logistics

Purchase ASICs available on site or bring your own hardware. Shipping, customs and costs are agreed before dispatch.

Access and visibility

Site visits are available under NDA. Dedicated camera access is offered for deployments above 1 MW, subject to the agreed terms.

ASIC management

The offer includes a monitoring dashboard and ASIC management access. Access scope is agreed before deployment.

Pool and firmware choice

Choose your mining pool. Vnish, Braiins and other firmware options depend on the ASIC model and project requirements.

Consumption-based billing

Billing is based on kWh actually consumed. The metering point and any additional charges are defined in the contract.

Air or hydro cooling

All rates are in US dollars. Taxes, service scope, energy metering and additional charges are specified in the commercial proposal. Timing depends on equipment availability, logistics and customs.

From equipment to energisation

ASICs available on site

For available, fully paid hardware, deployment is normally possible within 24 hours. Readiness is confirmed before purchase.

Your hardware or another supplier

Approximately 7–12 working days after pickup, including transport, customs clearance and delivery to the site.

Shipping and installation

Indicative cost: $490 per ASIC ±10%, from 10 units. Includes pickup, international shipping, Brazilian customs clearance and installation. Final cost depends on origin and volume.

Technical support

On-site support throughout the contract. The offer includes a $199 per-ASIC repair cost cap; eligibility, scope and exclusions are agreed before deployment.

Brazil for AI and GPU infrastructure

We also consider Brazil for AI computing equipment. Every project starts with a technical assessment covering GPU and server models, rack power density, cooling, network capacity and continuity requirements.

The published rates apply to ASIC hosting. AI hosting, required infrastructure upgrades and the SLA are quoted separately after the requirements assessment.

Before you deploy

Is uninterrupted operation guaranteed?

Site information reports historical uptime of approximately 97%+. This is not a contractual guarantee or an AI service SLA. Availability, redundancy and maintenance terms must be agreed for the specific deployment.

Can I bring my own hardware?

Yes. The described international logistics package starts at 10 ASICs. Include the models, quantity, shipping country and hardware condition in your enquiry.

What does hydro-cooled CAPEX cover?

The figure from $69,000/MW covers site preparation for a 2.5 MW project. It excludes the hydro-cooled container, which is specified and quoted separately.

Can I deploy AI/GPU servers?

Submit your technical requirements for assessment. We will confirm infrastructure compatibility, required changes and a separate commercial proposal. An operational ASIC site does not itself establish readiness for your AI cluster.
