Data we process
Enquiries can include your name, company, email, optional phone number, country, project requirements and correspondence. We also process order and billing details where needed, website security logs and, with consent, usage and interaction data. Please do not include passwords, wallet recovery phrases or unnecessary sensitive information in a form.

Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Business contact communication and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interests in responding to organisations and operating a secure service (Article 6(1)(f)). Accounting and other statutory records are processed to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Optional analytics relies on consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Required contact details are needed to answer your request; without them we may be unable to prepare a quote.

Enquiries, email and CRM
Website enquiries are delivered through corporate email and handled in our closed CRM, with access limited to authorised staff. Website and email hosting providers support delivery and operation. Data needed for an order may also be shared with the carrier, payment service or professional adviser involved in that order, or with authorities where required by law. We do not publish customer enquiries.

Optional analytics and international processing
After consent, the site loads Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Yandex Metrika. These services can receive device, page, referral and interaction information; session analysis may also be enabled. Their processing may involve countries outside the EEA. Where a transfer subject to GDPR occurs, the applicable adequacy decision or other lawful safeguard is required. Contact info@forminers.eu for information about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your data. You can use the site without accepting optional analytics.

Retention criteria
Enquiries and correspondence are retained while we handle the request and any resulting customer relationship. After that, retention is limited to records needed for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims, for the applicable statutory period. Records no longer needed for those purposes are to be deleted or anonymised. The period depends on the record type, contract status and applicable law; GDPR does not set one universal retention period. Ask us for the criteria applied to your record.

Your rights and requests
Write to info@forminers.eu to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Rights apply subject to GDPR conditions; erasure does not override statutory record-keeping duties. We may need proportionate identity verification. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month; where GDPR permits an extension, we explain it within that month. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or another competent supervisory authority.

Consent and automated decisions
Withdraw analytics consent through Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it. Enquiry handling and customer offers are not decided solely by automated processing with legal or similarly significant effects.
