ForMiners serves individuals and companies. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a payment obligation. The written offer and accepted agreement identify the goods or services, condition, specification, total price including applicable taxes, delivery costs, payment schedule, delivery time, warranty and cancellation terms. A quote marked as an estimate or subject to confirmation is not a guarantee of stock or capacity.

Before agreement, the parties define electricity charges and other fees, equipment ownership, pool and wallet control, access, monitoring, downtime, repairs, termination and equipment return or shipping. Electrical capacity, cooling, noise, permits and site safety must be assessed for the actual location. Changes to scope or cost require agreement with the customer.

Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. For qualifying distance contracts, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw: for goods from receipt and for services from conclusion of the contract. Send an unambiguous withdrawal notice, with your name and order details, to info@forminers.eu. Any statutory exception must apply to the particular transaction and be explained before agreement; an ASIC purchase is not automatically excluded. Starting a service during the withdrawal period requires the consumer's express request and the legally required information.

After withdrawal, goods must generally be sent back within 14 days. The consumer bears direct return costs only if informed before contracting. Refunds are due within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, including standard outbound delivery; for goods, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return are received. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning may lead to liability for diminished value. Statutory remedies for non-conforming goods remain separate from any manufacturer or commercial warranty.

Send complaints with order details and a description of the problem to info@forminers.eu. We respond to consumer complaints within the applicable legal deadline; in Estonia this is normally 15 days. Unresolved consumer disputes may be submitted to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee through ttja.ee or to the competent court. Estonian law applies subject to mandatory protections applicable to the consumer; these terms do not deprive consumers of rights or competent courts available under mandatory law.

Mining calculations are estimates, not promises of profit, payback, uptime or energy savings. Results depend on market conditions, network difficulty, equipment, electricity and other costs. Tuning and third-party firmware can affect stability, temperature and warranty. Planning examples are not measured client results. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or infringe intellectual property. Agreed contractual commitments and mandatory legal rights take precedence over general website descriptions.

Before dispatch, each device is individually tested, checked for proper operation and configured to the customer's agreed requirements. The market value of mining equipment may change during delivery. For B2B orders and cases where a mandatory right of withdrawal does not apply, a voluntary return is possible by written agreement. The buyback amount takes account of the equipment's condition, included components and current market value. The customer arranges and pays for return shipping. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or rights concerning defective goods.

DHL Express delivery is quoted for your destination and packed shipment. If a miner is not locally stocked, typical delivery is 2–3 weeks; confirmed batch dates take precedence. Collection by arrangement or courier delivery via Omniva / DHL at the carrier’s applicable rates. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer arranges and pays for return shipping by post or courier. Statutory remedies for defective goods are separate.
